The first involved complex issues for a commercial indoor shooting range. The second was a residential project where he designed a solution and also testified as an expert witness in arbitration.

In both cases, he was a problem solver. We were able to resolve the first case in large part due to his design solution. While the issues in the residential construction defect case were limited in scope, he provided construction solutions, which were implemented by my clients, and he testified in arbitration.

Dave, Just a side note. I am a member of Engineers without Borders and on two recent meetings with Board members, I have come to know Dave Robinson of BCER. I asked him if he knew you and (not a shock to me), he said you were one of a few mechanical engineers that he looked up to professionally and physically. He’s tall but not like you and he had nothing but great things to say about your firm and practice.
